  • Opportunity at a Glance

    This position offers a one year contract. The primary focus of the Project Coordinator is to support the functioning of the Project Management Office in the timely execution of projects, providing support for various Security and other Operational initiatives, plus any other duty as assigned.


    Project Support:

    • Set up project team meetings.
    • Conduct research to support project deliverables.
    • Obtain quotes for materials and services from suppliers to support project costing.
    • Compile CEA documentation for review and submission.
    • Reconcile CEA costs to track project spending.
    • Manage small projects start to finish.


    Materials and equipment ordering:

    • Create PO’s for local and overseas orders.
    • Track project orders in conjunction with Purchasing to ensure timely delivery to campus.
    • Verify orders received against invoices and PO’s.
    • Store and track usage of project inventory to consumption.
    • Track relevant invoices and distribute to manager for signature and payment.


    Other Duties:

    • Support the Security CCTV function on and off campus.
    • Support Operational initiatives as they arise.
    • Any other duties as assigned.

    Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills


    • At least 5-7 CXC Subject passes (including English and Mathematics)
    • Associates Degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
    • Demonstrated ability to use various computer programs is preferred (including Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel)
