    At Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, we recognize the power of ideas. With the goal of elevating our overall Marketing strategy, we are looking for a dynamic, innovative Marketing Manager to conceptualize new ideas and drive them through to implementation. 

    Partnering with marketing and admissions colleagues, the Marketing Manager is responsible for adding the creative edge to our marketing plans and implementing long and short-term marketing strategies in order to meet Ross Vet’s objectives. This includes development and execution of a comprehensive marketing plans that competitively position the institution by establishing and maintaining a consistent image, marketing communications, branding initiatives, targeted marketing activities, and vendor selections.

    Reporting in to the Director, Veterinary Education Marketing, the Marketing Manager will create the "look and feel" of all institutional marketing assets while ensuring all plans are designed to meet conversion and performance goals.




    • Develops and implements integrated marketing strategy focusing on enrollment growth and brand awareness through integrated campaigns.
    • Assists with the development of high-impact collateral for the institution including, but not limited to: email, video, digital ads, brochures, posters, print ads, photographs, presentations, and direct mail.
    • Partners with marketing automation team to create and execute email and text campaigns.
    • Leverages customer insights, competitive landscape and market intelligence to aid in making strategic decisions.
    • Works with colleagues within Ross Vet and Adtalem to integrate campaigns into our digital marketing strategy, web design, prospect nurturing campaigns, public relations initiatives and all applicable operations inclusive of student services and enrollment services.
    • Oversees compliance with institution design standards and trademarked assets and works with the executive team and the organization's administration on special projects as necessary.
    • Builds and maintains vendor relationships.
    • Completes other duties as assigned.




    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, Masters a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience required.
    • Proven ability to create, execute and measure targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Email marketing and/or marketing automation experience a plus.
    • Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills are essential, as position involves extensive contact with co-management and internal/external customers.
    • In-depth knowledge of online marketing techniques.
    • Proficient at managing multiple projects with tight and often competing deadlines.
    • Ability to travel up to 10%.
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet and web applications.
